First Class Visit the Ark – ‘Pop Up’ Art work

Rooms 4 and 5 were lucky enough to visit the Ark this week, to work on some fantastic artwork! Our theme was ‘travel’, and two artists, Liz and John, helped us make pop up cards. We saw lots of spaceships, hot air balloons….even flying houses!!
We had a great time, and really enjoyed making our Pop up cards. Here are some photos from our trip to the Ark.

First Class visit Newbridge House

On a lovely sunny day, Room 4 and 5 jumped on to the bus and went off to visit Newbridge House and farm. We had the best day EVER!!
We jumped off the bus and played on the grass for a while. Some of us found some of the minibeasts we have been looking at in class. Then we headed into the farm. We saw lots of animals, including Turkeys, Goats, Cows and Pigs.
After the farm we were all very hot, so we had an ice-cream! mmmmmm.
Then, before the bus came to pick us up again, we went and played on the adventure playground.
