Happy Birthday to The Gruffalo

One of our favourite children's stories 'The Gruffalo' is celebrating its 20th birthday this year. We have based our Aistear activities for this month on the stroy of The Gruffalo, as it is the perfect story to supplement all of our learning about Autumn, woodland areas and the parts of a tree. It also ties in so well with our trip to Malahide Castle this Thursday which we are really looking forward to!
