Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope you have all had a nice Easter and are keeping well and staying safe during these extraordinary times. It is a difficult time for everyone. We are all very worried especially for the vulnerable and elderly members of our families. Thank you so much to those of you who have had some time to send us beautiful pictures of the work you have completed! We love to hear from you!
We extend a special hello to all our Senior Infant pupils from Room 1, 2 and 3! You and your families are in our thoughts every day. We hope you are learning loads, keeping active, but most of all playing and enjoying yourself. Keep smiling!
This week’s learning will relate to ‘On the Farm’, revision of our Jolly Phonic sounds, music, dance and we are setting you a new fun and easy challenge. Start each day with the action song 'Wake up, Shake up' and do your best to try to complete the attached daily timetable of learning content and activities each day!
NEW CHALLENGE: YOGA!!!!!!!
At the end of your day when you have completed the activities for that day, put on some calming music and follow the poses for each day! On Friday, follow the link to Cosmic Yoga on youtube to complete the challenge!!
Please continue with the ‘Lego Building Challenge’. You should be on Day 20.
Tune into RTÉ 2 @ 11am every week day for school on the TV It is also available on the RTE Player if you want to watch it at other times of the day.
Continue to send us pictures of your learning at home to seniorinfants@centralmodelinfantschool.ie and keep an eye out for your work popping up on the website!
These are very uncertain times for all of us. The most important thing is for all of us to stay safe. Look after yourselves and your families. We want to have everyone back safe and well when the school doors open again.
