We had a very busy assembly today in Central Model Infants' School.
We started with Room 3 who performed a very funny poem by Kenn Nesbitt called 'My Dog likes to Disco' and they also treated us to a lovely Irish rhyme.

Then we celebrated all the wonderful Pupils of the Week from each class.

Next we had our attendance awards. Congratulations to Room 8, Room 1 and The Treehouse who were the best classes at coming to school in April.

We then celebrated the wonderful Attendance Art competition winners from each class.

The Active Schools Committee spoke to assembly about our 'International Peaks Challenge' where we are focussing on developing the skill of running.

We met our new Childrens Council who are organising 'Fun Fridays in the garden where we can play games with our friends in a calm space.

We finished assembly by learning as new song with Ms. Healy and Ms. King.
