December is a busy month in Central Model Infants' School. We are always busy preparing for Christmas and our Christmas plays. Sometimes the hall is busy so we set ourselves a challenge this month to help us do P.E. and stay active every day. For the whole month of December every class in our school is committed to taking at least one active break every day. We have been running, dancing, exercising, walking, doing yoga and mindfulness every day during our active breaks. This helps us to stay healthy, focus and have fun.
Our Active School Committee members have been keeping check on each class and reminding them to do their active breaks and every class have been recording their breaks on our record sheet. We have one more week left of our challenge! Lets keep on moving!
