Congratulations to this outstanding group of students who were nominated by their teachers to serve on the Active Schools Committee this year.
Last week, we had our first gathering, and this group had some fantastic ideas to share!
We talked about ways to keep active in our lines when we are waiting to go into the classroom!
We discussed our Active Schools Week which will be held in June. They made suggestions about different activities that we could do to get everyone involved. Some of the suggestions were Races, PoundFit, Skipping, Hula hooping and many more. Some students thought it might be a great idea if we could get a sports star into the school as well! Some many great options to be considered.
