The pupils of first class had four very special guests this week as players from Bohemian FC visited our school.
Bohemian FC, located in Phibsborough, Dublin 7 are the oldest team in the League of Ireland.
James Akitunde and Brian McManus from the mens team visited Room 5 and Alannah McEvoy and Rachael Kelly from the womens team visited the children from The Treehouse.
The players spoke to the children about keeping fit and creating healthy habits. The children had also prepared some interesting questions for the players about when they started playing football, how often do they train and who is the funniest in the dressing room.
We had a great time learning some new skills from the players and they taught us some new tricks.
We also got creative and designed a new jersey for Bohs. We hope you love our new kit designs as much as we do!
