Ms King's class joined us for some Mindfullness to enhance our focus during our Concert Practise. |
Day 4

Twist and Shout has become a favourite of ours in Room 5 to get moving! |
We discovered Mood Walking on gonoodle. |
Day 3

9.30 am: We started our day by running 4 laps of our yard (400m) |
12.00 pm: This has become one of our favourite Go Noodle activities - dancing to Twist and Shout with Maximo. |
2.00 pm: We ended a busy day with 3 minutes of meditation. |
Day 2

9.30 am: We started the day off dancing to Twist and Shout with Maximo on GoNoodle to keep our brains and bodies strong! |
Oops! We need to try to fit in some extra exercise here tomorrow. |
1.50 pm: We are just finished our afternoon Concert practise and we have just enough time for some relaxing yoga! Here we are practising the Star pose. |

11.20 am: After our yard break we had 5 minutes extra on our Playground Equipment |
1.45 pm: Following our 2nd yard break, we had an afternoon of Concert practise with Room 4 and the Treehouse. We ended the day with some relaxing yoga! Here we are practising the Star pose. |
